are available. Deadline for returning forms to Mellessa
Denney is February 18.

Continental breakfast begins at 6:30PM but if we (as a
group) need it earlier she will set it up at 6:00AM
$85.00 per room + 7% tax. Must have tax exempt form
with you. Deadline for this rate is February 5
Entire hotel is non smoking. $250.00 fine.
We have a block of 40 rooms and can have a comp room for
every 40 per night that we actually fill. So please
stay at the host hotel. King rooms have a pull out
couch.
